Career School of NY, Inc mission is to provide high quality training, to acquire practical skills, to gain personal self-confidence, to gain employment in the personal enhancement/medical fields and to accomplish all of this with a special emphasis towards meeting students' individual needs.Career School NY, Inc opened for classes in October, 2005. It was created to bring Staten Island something that our community had sorely lacked; a home grown Personal Enhancement School featuring creative programs for careers that are still in high demand. All our curriculums are structured to insure that every aspect of the New York State Mandated licensure examinations is covered fully and in depth. Located in the business district of Staten Island, one block from Borough Hall and the ferry, trains and buses our school’s programs are designed to allow students the maximum amount of time to practice their skills. Students spend part of their day in lab rooms and the student salon working on both mannequins and clients.
